01The menu, as text, on the page
Not a blurry PDF that takes forever to download. A real, readable menu with prices, dietary notes and dishes Google can read. It's the single most visited page on most restaurant websites.
02Reservations in one tap
Connect your booking platform, whether OpenTable, SevenRooms, Eat App or your own, and put "Reserve" in the header. For cafes, "Order" linking to Talabat, Deliveroo or your own ordering does the same job.
03Sell the atmosphere
People book a feeling as much as food. Great photography of the room, the light, the plates and the people. The website should feel like the restaurant at its best moment.
04The practical details
- Opening hours, including brunch, late nights and Ramadan timings.
- Exact location, valet or parking, and a map link.
- Dress code, if there is one.
- Private dining and events on their own page.
05Keep it current
A closed branch, last season's menu or a brunch you stopped running hurts trust and wastes your guests' time. Choose a website you can update easily, or someone who updates it for you.
Your website is the first course. Make it worth booking the second.
